If you use our services as a Customer: You must provide contact, financial and billing information in order to process your payment for use of our services. If we have trouble processing an order or should there be any issues with your account, we will use your contact information.
If you request information relating to Agyle Time (sales and marketing enquiries): You must provide contact information (such as first & last name, job title, company email address, and phone number). We will use your information to contact you.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
All information provided by you is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your previous consent.
We will retain your Personal Information as long as your account in the relevant services remains enabled, or to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, or as required for other legitimate commercial or business purposes.
